Start with the issued design
Record the drawing revision, surfaces and limits included in the model. Raise gaps or conflicting information before exporting files.
Check the site setup
Agree the controller format, site control and calibration checks with the site team. Make the current file easy to identify and remove superseded copies from use.
Measure the result
Agree field checks and record rework, checking time and production before and after a trial. Use your own project records to judge the benefit, not a promised savings percentage.
