Confirm the requirements

Ask which specification and version apply to the project. Agree the survey scope, asset attributes, file formats and review process with the receiving authority.

Find the gaps before handover

Review available drawings and survey records against that list. Assign missing information to an owner and allow time to collect it.

Keep one issue record

Record what was submitted, when it was issued and which comments remain open. Preparation and authority acceptance are different steps.
