Survey equipment

Agree the package

Confirm the nominated Water Corporation requirements and the project scope before capture. Use the project requirements for datum, accuracy, attributes and file formats.

Collect the missing information

Keep survey records, asset details, drawing revisions and photographs together. Flag gaps while the site team can still investigate them.

Track review comments

Maintain an issue register showing each submission and response. Allow for review and corrections in the handover programme; preparation does not guarantee acceptance.
