What we need
The site information, title and survey records, due-diligence material, development objectives, planning advice, current approvals and conditions, design files, consultant reports and project records available at that stage.
What you receive

How we price it
A paid initial project review, then stage-based fees or an agreed monthly retainer. Town planner, licensed surveyor, specialist consultant and authority fees remain separate.

Project Prime coordinates information and supports commercial and delivery decisions. WAPC and local-government decisions, statutory approvals, cadastral certification, legal advice and specialist engineering, planning or environmental certification remain with the relevant authorities and appointed qualified professionals.
